CROSSFIT

CrossFit workouts are made up of constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity. All CrossFit workouts are based on movements that reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing, and more. One of the best aspects of CorssFit is that the workouts are scalable, which means that CrossFit newcomers and veterans alike can workout side-by-side with different weights and intensity

COMMUNITY BOOTCAMP

Every Saturday morning from 9AM to 10AM, our community gets together for our FREE Community Bootcamp.

If you are new, please click the “Try 2 classes for free” link above. Here you will sign our online waiver and reserve your spot in the next class. We look forward to meeting you! 

ELEMENTS

Elements is 3 hours of introduction to the philosophy and methodology of CrossFit. This program is required for newcomers to CrossFit and includes body measurements, an introduction to nutrition, goal setting and a review of proper technique of the 9 functional movements: Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift, and Medicine Ball Clean .

THE NEXT GENERATION

The Next Generation class is a comprehensive strength and conditioning program designed for athletes in competitive sports that require speed, strength, and agility. Next Generation is also our program to prepare athletes for the CrossFit Open

This program is scalable and ideal for all skill levels and ages

KIDS & TEEN PROGRAMS

JUNIOR VARSITY KIDS

Junior Varsity Kids is a strength and conditioning program that combines fitness and fun for kids 5-10 years old. Our class time is broken into group warm-up, a skill/strength, work-out of the day (WOD), and a game. We have a nutrition lesson weekly and can scale the program to any experience level.

VARSITY KIDS

Varsity Kids is a strength and conditioning program for teens ages 11-16 that includes functional movements that build endurance, coordination, flexibility, agility, and balance. Our class time is broken into a group warm-up, skill/strength, work-out of the day (WOD), and cool down stretch.  We have a nutrition lesson weekly and can scale the program to any skill level.
