Elements $100 (One-time fee/Required before entering the group classes)
CrossFit Texas Elements are designed to introduce a beginner to the functional movements used in CrossFit and help aid the development of proper form and technique. Movements covered during elements include the squat, pull-up, dead-lift, push-jerk, etc. Focus is also given to gymnastic movements and Olympic lifts. Developing these skills early will allow for greater gains in all aspects of fitness. Elements will provide focus on completing the workout of the day (WOD). The Elements class also introduces beginners to the intensity level required to perform a regular CrossFit Texas workout. Athletes will receive one free BFA/GA after completion of Elements.
