Crossfit Texas Elements
At CrossFit Texas, Elements must be taken by all beginner crossfitters. Elements will help newcomers better understand the philosophy and methodology of CrossFit as well as the 9 functional movements (Air Squat, Front Squat, Overhead Squat, Shoulder Press, Push Press, Push Jerk, Deadlift, Sumo Deadlift High Pull, and Medicine Ball Clean). Elements include: 3 x 1 hour sessions with a CrossFit Texas trainer, measurements and body fat analysis, Nutrition 101, and goal setting. Price of Elements is $100.00.
