Thanks for your interest in CrossFit TX. We KNOW that if you give our program a shot you'll be utterly amazed at the PEOPLE you'll meet, the FUN you'll have and more importantly the RESULTS you'll see. Prior to being able to participate in group classes, new crossfitters must complete our 5 day elements class (If you have experience with CrossFit or can show competency in the specific exercises that we use, these sessions can be waived). The purpose of these sessions is to teach the variety of moves that we employ, to introduce new trainees to our workouts, and to discuss training goals.
Once you've completed these sessions you can join one of our group classes at the following rates:
