Brannon Muska Brannon is a CrossFit Level I Instructor, CrossFit Nutrition Instructor, CrossFit Kids Coach and is certified through the NASM (National Academy of Sports Medicine). He is also trained as a CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist) as well as PES (Performance Enhancing Specialist). Brannon is from Hallettsville Texas and moved to Austin Texas after High School to attend the University of Texas where he graduated with a degree in Kinesiology. He also spent 4 years in the United States Navy where he served as a search and rescue diver on board the USS Mustin (DDG-89). After his time in the Navy, he worked as a trainer for 24 hour fitness in Round Rock Texas. After learning about CrossFit, he fell in love with the training philosophy and methodology.
