Stefanie Benitez discovered CrossFit in 2008 and is currently CrossFit Level 1, Kettlebell, USA Weightlifting, and Nutrition certified. Stefanie doesn’t have an athlete background and was drawn to CrossFit with simply the desire to do something that anything is possible. Her passion for coaching stems from her love of sharing in the lightbulb moments with clients, the PR’s, the troubleshooting real life, and sharing this crazy addiction of CrossFit. Stefanie’s advice to get results is to focus on the other 23 hours of the day when you are not in the gym. “We show you how to “tear down” properly in WOD’s and programming; we teach you how to recover properly outside the gym to make the gains YOU want to see (food choices, sleep, supplements). However, this information is just information until the athlete makes a decision to incorporate the other 23 hours of their day toward real and meaningful change. We have the supportive community in place to encourage you along the way so that we can celebrate together.”
