Warm Up: 200m Run Dutch 10 Pull Ups 10 light/empty bar thrusters (12 minute warm up cap) Ten Bar/Two Rep Thruster Ladder: guys: 75, 85, 95, 115, 125, 135, 145, 155, 165, 175 gals: 35, 45, 55, 65, 75, 85, 95, 105, 115, 125 One minute at each station to clean the bar from the ground (once) and perform two consecutive, full range of motion thrusters (hips below knees, elbows locked with bar overhead) 3 Rounds- EMOTM: 4 Alternating Jumping Lunges Minute one: Pull ups Minute two: Ab Mat sit ups Minute three: Double push up (hand release) burpees Minute four: KBS (55/35) Score is total non-lunging reps for both all rounds (12 minutes total)
